For ChiroCover that means being there to provide as much back up and
support as possible. For instance, when one of our clients is faced with a life emergency, we don’t take advantage of the situation by charging additional fees for last minute service. No. We just get a competent doctor to the practice as rapidly as possible so that our client is free to handle the unexpected curve ball that life threw at him. We also offer complimentary interviews with our doctors prior to the coverage dates requested by a client. In this way you can feel confident that the doctor selected will be a good match for the practice. Nothing is charged and nothing is signed until we know you’re satisfied. And we’ll also provide you with verification of our doctor’s current license and malpractice insurance coverage at no extra charge. We also try very hard to insure that the coverage our clients have received was satisfactory to them. That’s why we take time to contact our clients personally after each assignment. We want to know that the patients were properly cared for and that our doctor did an exemplary job. We listen to our clients, too. If there ever is a less than satisfactory response, we do all we can to be fair and to correct the situation promptly. Some of these Packages,
known as the Corporate Discount Packages, even have additional exclusive
benefits. These include such things as “priority service”. Priority
service means that if another client wants the same doctor our Corporate
client wants for the same days of coverage, the Corporate client gets
the first choice. Other benefits include no cancellation fees and
signing only one contract for the entire “life” of the Package. ChiroCover is also available to provide people for things that you’d rather not do, such as screenings and lectures. We can also assist our clients when it’s time for them to hire an associate for their practice. We just learned of one associate that we placed with a client several months ago that built our client’s practice from 30 patients per day up to eighty patients per day!
